Preschool Open Gyms begin:

Mondays - 10/7

Fridays - 9/6

Pre-School Play

- Ages 5 and under

-Parents must accompany child

Monday Pre-school Play begins

Friday Pre-school Play begins September 6th.

Adult Open Gym

-Wednesdays 6:30PM-8:30PM

-$15 for non-team members

$10 for team members & under 5 yrs

Rules:

Children 5 and younger are to have parental supervision at all times
Drop Off - Parents must sign kids in and complete the waiver if not done so online then may leave.
No Eating is Allowed.
Water bottles with WATER ONLY is allowed.- water fountains are usable at this time.
Look both ways when walking around the gym - Watch out for tumblers!
No Wrestling!!
Ask staff to use mats & equipment. Do not touch equipment or props without permission!!!
Inform staff of injury IMMEDIATELY

By agreeing below, I acknowledge reading, understanding and accepting the statement herein. Agreement to Participate and Liability Waiver- I understand that gymnastics and fitness activities involve risk and possible injury. I understand that it is my responsibility as apparent/ guardian or adult participant to not partake in any activity if there is any physical, emotional, behavioral and/or other problems that might compromise my safety or my child's safety. I understand that injuries can and do happen and that health insurance is a requirement. I agree to hold Wildcard Gymnastics 1 LLC. and members of its staff harmless for any injury or accident that may result. THerefore, I release Wildcard Gymnastics 1 LLC, and staff, the board, the facility and its owners, the equipment owners, and other related parties from the responsibility or liability for insurance deductible, medical expenses and/or other damages incurred by my child, myself, or other family members while participating, visiting the facilities, parking area, or traveling to a related event. Authorization of Medical Care- Incase of injury or illness during participation, I authorize and desire medical care for my child or myself at the discretion of the attending physician. I accept responsibility for medical care for my child or myself at the discretion of the attending physician. I accept responsibility for all associated expenses. Transportation of a Participant- I authorize activity-related transportation of my child and any child whom I bring. Parent/ Guardian Supervisory Responsibility- When I visit Wildcard Gymnastics 1 LLC. I understand and accept the responsibility and any associated liability, of constantly supervising, controlling and restricting activities as necessary to assure safety of the children whom I bring and myself.
